Shipping Information: We currently only ship within Australia. Please note that we do not ship to parcel lockers and click-and-collect points. While PO boxes are accepted, providing a street address during checkout can help avoid potential delays in delivery.

For international customers, kindly contact us via email before placing an order to receive a shipping quote and to confirm whether shipping to your destination is feasible.

Freight Charge and Delivery Times:

  1. We strive to be fair with shipping costs.
  2. Sydney CBD orders enjoy a capped shipping fee of $11.95
  3. For regional NSW and the rest of Australia, postage is calculated based on weight, size, and destination, plus GST and registration. Larger items may not fit flat-rate satchels or boxes; if you find the cost unfair, contact us for a re-quote.
  4. Postage costs are calculated on the final payment page, and orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.
  5. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary by location.
  6. Delays are possible, and delivery times are estimates.

Refund Policy: Blingin ensures 100% customer satisfaction. If unhappy with the product, return it within 7 days for a full refund or credit note (excluding postage). Contact us before returning items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: For such issues, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and our team will provide further instructions for a prompt resolution.

Incorrect Purchases: Return products ordered by mistake for a refund (minus postage). Additional postage applies for re-sent items.

Cancellation Policy: Advise us of cancellations before processing and dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations may incur a $25 fee. Cancellation after dispatch requires the customer to cover return costs for a refund (minus postage).
