Where do you ship?
Please note we do not ship to parcel lockers and click and collect points. PO Box boxes accepted, but depending on the service we use, we may request a street address for that delivery. To avoid delays please checkout with a street address.
Please note we only ship within Australia. If you live outside of Australia, please email us prior, for a shipping quote and to see if its possible to ship the required products to your destination.
Freight Charge and Delivery Times
1) We try our best to be fair with shipping and we understand this is an important factor for you making a purchase.
2) Orders shipped within Sydney CBD are capped at $9.90, and free shipping for orders over $200.
3) For regional NSW and the rest of Australia, postage is calculated automatically according to the weight, size, the shipping destination, plus GST and registered. Due to some larger items we sell, we do not factor in flat rate satchels or boxes. If you suspect the cost to be unfair, please email us for a re-quote of your order, as we understand inputted weights or systems can sometimes be incorrect. We can then review your shipping and get back to you within 24 hours via return email. (Please check your inbox and make sure your email is correct on checkout) Please expect some delays.
4) Postage cost will calculate on the final page before payment, you can abort the order at anytime.
5) All orders are shipped by first available, Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
6) Majority of orders placed are shipped within one to three business days.
7) Orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received.
8) Delivery times vary according to your location.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the product or the product was not as described just simply return the product to us for a full refund or credit note (minus the postage cost). Products must be returned in original packaging and condition (un-opened and not used). Please note that you must contact us by reply email to your order confirmation, within 7 days of receiving your goods with your intentions to return the item(s). Please ensure you receive approval prior to sending any goods back.
In the rare case that you receive damaged, defective or the wrong product by mistake, please contact the team at Blingin by reply email to your order confirmation, within 7 days of receiving your goods prior to sending it back. Our helpful team will resolve the issue promptly with further instructions.
If you have ordered a product by mistake, you are more then welcome to return the product and we can either resend the correct items you want or offer a refund (minus any postage cost). Please note additional postage will be charged to resend the replacements or exchanged goods. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Postage will not be covered by Blingin for the return.
Any cancellations of orders must be advised to a staff member prior to the order being processed and dispatched. Orders cancelled after the order has been processed and dispatched may incur $25 processing and handling fee.
Request for cancellation (for whatever reasons) after orders have been dispatched will require the customer to arrange delivery of the package back to our PO Box at customers expense. Once the package has returned you will be contacted and refunded the cost of your order (minus any postage cost).
