Where do you ship?

Please note we only ship within Australia. If you live outside Australia and wish to place an order please Contact us before placing your order and we will provide you with an estimated cost for delivery to your selected country.

Freight Charge and Delivery Times

1) We try our best to be fair with shipping and we understand this is an important factor for you making a purchase. Postage is calculated automatically according to the weight of your order and your location. If you suspect the cost to be unfair, please checkout with the $15 QUOTE option. We will then review your shipping and get back to you within 24 hours via return email. If the re-quoted shipping is $15 or below, your order will automatically be processed and dispatched. Anything above will need your approval by return email before being processed. Please note if you have checked out with a credit card, you will not be charged until you have approved the shipping cost, your order will be on hold until further advice by you. Payments via PayPal may receive another separate request for the extra shipping fees.
2) There is a postage calculator on the check out page, which will calculate your postage. Make sure you add the products you wish to buy to your shopping cart including updated quantities before you use the postage calculator. Once complete go to your shopping cart and you can estimate the shipping cost by clicking update on the bottom right.
3) All orders are shipped by first available, Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
4) Majority of orders placed are shipped within one to three business days.
5) Orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received.
6) Delivery times vary according to your location.

Refund Policy

Blingin Offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product or the product was not as described just return the product to us for a full refund or credit note (minus the postage cost). Products must be returned in original packaging and condition (un-opened and not used). Please note that you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods with your intentions to return the item(s). Please ensure you receive approval prior to sending any goods back.

In the rare case that you receive damaged or defective product, please contact the team at Blingin within 7 days of receiving your goods prior to sending it back. Our helpful team will resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Purchases

If you have ordered a product by mistake, you are more then welcome to return the product and we can either resend the correct items you want or offer a refund (minus any postage cost). Please note additional postage will be charged to resend the replacements or exchanged goods. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Postage will not be covered by Blingin for the return.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations of orders must be advised to a staff member prior to the order being processed and dispatched. Orders cancelled after order has been processed and dispatched may incur $25 processing and handling fee.

Request for cancellation (for whatever reasons) after orders have been dispatched will require the customer to arrange delivery of the package back to our warehouse at customers expense. Once package has returned you will be contacted and refunded the cost of your order (minus any postage cost).

Faulty Products

The majority of our products are checked for faults and damages prior to dispatch. However we understand that sometimes products go unchecked or get damaged during transit. Therefore if you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our friendly team will provide you with instructions and a return authority.

Any faults or damaged reported after the return period of 5 business days, requires customer to send the faulty product(s) back (at customers expense) for assessment, if the fault is deemed to be a fault then a replacement will be issued. Blingin reserves the right to reject all returns or exchanges outside the return period of 14 days.
