1. What are your opening hours?

2. What is your postage cost

Postage is calculated automatically and is based on the weight of your order and your location from Chipping Norton NSW 2170. When checking out there is an automated postage calculator which will calculate your postage based on the items you have in your shopping cart. 3. How do I log onto your website?

Click on the "Log In"  link on the right hand side of the website. Alternatively add items to your cart and when you checkout you will be prompted to fill in your information.

If this is your first time ordering with our company, please click on the "Sign Up" button. If you have added items to your shopping cart as a "Guest" they will remain in your cart after you log in.

If you are an existing/returning customer, please click on the link "Log In" and type in your email address and password. Alternatively add items to your Shopping Cart and when you check out you will be prompted to enter your details.

4. Why didn't I receive my password email?

If you did not receive our email with your password, please check your junk/spam folder for the email and check to ensure you have entered the correct email address details.

5. Is it safe to order on your website?

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our company database.

6. Can I visit your showroom to purchase products?

Yes you can visit our showroom to purchase products. Please refer to our Contact us page for trading times.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched twic a week (Wednesday and Friday). Delivery times vary please refer to Shipping Information for delivery times. When deciding upon your shipping method, keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Delivery time varies from anywhere between 5-10 business days. However we do not guarantee this as from time to time unforeseen circumstances may arise with our courier and post service.

Once orders are sent you can email us and we can give you a tracking number to track your order.

8. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We certainly do. By resgistering and creating an account with us you will be able to view our wholesale pricing. Please note that you need to register and log in to view the discounted prices.

For larger purchases please contact the Blingin team for a quote.

9. Can I combine products for a quantity discount?

Our pricing is per item number and colors of the same style cannot be combined for the price discount.

10. Do you do printing on products or customised products?

Yes we can do printing on our products but there are minimum quantities required and the lead time may be a couple of months. For customised products please provide us with your specifications and we can quote on the cost.

11. I have seen a product at your competitor’s showroom that offers a better price.
Are you able to beat their offer?

Yes we can. This will depend on the type of product, quality and the quantity you wish to purchase. Please provide us with the link of the product from competitor’s website. Once we have reached a decision of a price we will contact on you.

12. What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Direct Bank Deposit. Payment options will be available upon checkout and order confirmation.

13. what if my item is out of stock?

If your items are out of stock, we will contact to let you know if you wish to replace it with another item or go through with the order without the selected item. If payment has been made you will be refunded the difference if you decide to go ahead with the order.

14. Do you offer refund or or what do I do if I change my mind?

We at Blingin are constantly sourcing the best quality products at the best prices and we stand by the quality and workmanship of all our products. When purchasing Jewellery Displays be careful with cheap china made products which are poor in quality and design. We offer premium jewellery displays at the lowest prices.

We stand by our products, so if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please notify one of our friendly staff within 7 days of receiving your goods for a return authority and we will refund the amount of your purchase (minus postage cost). No questions asked. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

15. My order has arrived damaged. What do I do

In the rare case that you receive damaged or defective product, please contact the team at Blingin within 7 days of receiving your goods prior to sending it back. Our helpful team will resolve the issue promptly.

16. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide. Please refer to our Shipping Information for further details.

17. Are your price listed as GST inclusive?

No. All price quoted on our website are Ex-GST.

18. Is it safe to order on this site?
